LAPD set-up a police perimeter at about 8 am this morning (July 20) surrounding the area of Grand Canal Ct. and Alberta Ave. in Venice after reports of a man with a gun.
As of 10:30 am, a LAPD spokeswoman said three suspects have been in taken into custody; One suspect is outstanding as the search continues.
