Want To Jog Through Los Angeles Auto Show Before It Opens On Thursday, Nov. 19?:

The Los Angeles Auto Show and Fit Fathers invite runners to start their engines at the Los Angeles Convention Center in advance of the LA Auto Show’s opening to the public.

The Inaugural “Auto Fit” event is a two mile morning workout, starting at 6:15 am on Thursday, Nov. 19. There, up to 150 runners will take their mark and begin a morning jog around and through the convention center, getting an exclusive, advanced look at the show before it opens to public.

“Optimizing health on the road is challenging, especially within the automotive field where we are fed incessantly at events and time for physical activity is minimized,” said Kimatni D. Rawlins, Founder of Fit Fathers. “So I am proud of the LA Auto Show for initiating an energizing activity that will keep my colleagues and I focused on our fitness goals.”

The event is free and open to the first 150 joggers/walkers who sign up to participate at FitFathers.me.

Runners will include local car lovers along with journalists and professionals in the automotive, fitness, entertainment spaces – showcasing the true L.A. culture of the auto show.

Attendees will receive water, healthy fuel, grand prizes from JBL and Meguiar’s swag bags including GMC sports armbands, Buick water bottles, Tonka cars and Meguiar’s car care products (while supplies last).

Those who participate may return on public days with their children; these children will then receive free admission.

Participants are encouraged to guarantee their space via RSVP online as walk-ins are limited.

Meet at the area adjacent from Staples Center on Pico Blvd. and Figueroa St. on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2015. Check in at 6:15 am.; Workout begins at 7 am PST; ends promptly at 7:30 am.
