Yesterday, Congressman Ted W. Lieu (D | Los Angeles County) was presented with the 2016 Freshman MVP Award for this year’s House Democrats’ Member Online All-Star Competition, the annual Member social media contest hosted by House Democratic Whip Steny Hoyer.
