Diner Antonette Has Reopened in Santa Monica. Here’s What’s on the Menu

Diner Antonette, a new American bistro that opened June 18 at 1213 Wilshire Blvd., offers a menu of timeless dishes with a California twist, featuring seasonal ingredients and inventive cocktails.

The dinner menu, crafted by owner Bob Lynn and his son, culinary director Jordan Lynn, emphasizes fresh, local produce. 

Starters include Famous Crispy Brussels Sprouts with marcona almonds and baked goat cheese ($18) and Olive Oil Poached Baby Artichokes with French feta ($23). Salads like the Night Market Heirloom Tomato Salad with Thai chili and curried cashews ($20) highlight seasonal flavors. Mains range from a ground-to-order Cheeseburger Antonette with aged cheddar and fries ($24) to a luxurious Crab & Lobster with Handmade Pasta ($68). Desserts feature an Olive Oil Gold Rush Cake with saffron and pistachio gelato ($19).

Brunch, served weekends, offers dishes like Fresh Masa Hotcakes with farmer’s market berries ($16) and a Santa Fe Omelet with roasted green chilies ($17, add chorizo $4). The kids’ menu includes simple options like Silver Dollar Pancakes ($5).

The drink menu shines with cocktails like the Basil Gimlet and Diego Rivera ($15 each) and a curated wine list with selections like LGO Reserve Chardonnay ($14/glass) and Montagne Russe Pinot Noir ($70/bottle). A retail wine shop enhances the experience.
