The Santa Monica Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect involved in a stalking/peeping incident.
The suspect is described as a male Hispanic, 30 to 35 years old, 6 feet tall, thin build, short dark hair, dark eyes, medium complexion, full dark moustache, wearing dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, dark boots. He spoke with a deep voice (with no accent).
Between Nov. 23 and Nov. 30, 2010, this man was seen peeping into a female’s bedroom window near the intersection of Colorado Avenue and Centinela Avenue, three separate times between the hours of 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. Each time, he used a stepping device to gain height to reach the window.
