Star Gazing:

RAVEN NIGHTWOOD, MIRROR ASTROLOGER

ARIES

This is not the time for you to dance among the clouds but rather to be practical and do the things that must be done. Sometimes, staying on the ground isn’t so bad. While you are taking care of business you can enjoy the pleasures that exist close to home.

TAURUS

Others may see you as if you were up on top of a mountain and too far away to contact. It’s okay if you feel sure of yourself but don’t cut yourself off from your old friends. Come down from the mountain and say hello to good times.

GEMINI

Someone you love thinks you’re doing them wrong. You don’t think you are being anything but a true mate. Why not have a heart-to-heart talk with your partner? You’re a lover and you need to prove it.

CANCER

It’s a time travel trip when old friends and long-unseen family members get in touch with you. A reunion of some kind is in the offing. While the friends will be fun to see, the more intimate relationships might be difficult.

LEO

You’re jumpy and unable to stay in one place. You want to travel and you find yourself moving objects around your home. What you need is to find the proper feng shui for your furniture and for your soul. A long weekend out of town might help.

VIRGO

Watch your tongue. A word or phrase that you did not mean to say may cause trouble. What seems easy for you to understand might upset someone else. Engage your brain (and heart) before moving your mouth.

LIBRA

Sweet solitude is the name of the game this week. You need a little rest from your recent social whirls. Stay home for a few evenings and catch up on reading. August will be full of parties once again.

SCORPIO

If you are looking into the mirror and contemplating a change in your appearance, this is a good time to do it. Don’t let yourself get too hung up on what you perceive as imperfections. Others think you look good and what counts is that you feel great.

SAGITTARIUS

If other people are down in the dumps and spreading the gloom, it is up to you to cheer them and yourself up, Sag! You may not see yourself as a joker but simply being charming and relaxed may suffice to dispel dark clouds.

CAPRICORN

Although you may feel like you’re all alone, you’re not. You have many supporters and they are going to come out in droves to make their love known. It couldn’t come at a better time, too.

AQUARIUS

Despite what others may say, keep your strong beliefs and state them without fear of what others may think. You have as much right as anyone to think the way you do and act upon your ideals.

PISCES

When problems arise this week you are going to find that the usual solutions don’t work. It’s time to try methods you have not used before. Input from a friend may help. Listen to advice from those you respect the most and try experimental approaches.
