St. Monica High School Students Participate In Disney Youth Education Series:

St. Monica Catholic High School students from Santa Monica used the Disneyland Resort as a classroom on Feb. 19 when they participated in the Disney Youth Education Series “Creating a Leadership Legacy” at Disney California Adventure in Anaheim.

In this three-hour leadership experience the group learned how to develop their own leadership legacy, to become confident in their ability to accomplish their goals, and be motivated to achieve the impossible while exploring the attractions at the world-famous theme park.

The Disney Youth Education Series allows students to see how the principles they are learning in the classroom are making exciting things happen every day at the Disney Parks.

From physic to history, each unique program emphasizes the importance of teamwork and critical thinking skills while giving students a one-of-a-kind learning experience that blends the magic of Disney with key educational content.
