Homeless Man Arrested For Pushing Cyclist To Ground At Palisades Park:

Santa Monica police arrested a 30-year-old homeless man at Palisades Park on Friday, May 22, after the suspect had pushed a cyclist to the ground.

Officers of the Santa Monica Police Department were called out to the area of Ocean Avenue and California Avenue at 9:27 am in order to investigate a report of battery that had just been reported.

On arrival the officers spoke with the victim best replica watches who told them that she had been innocently riding her bicycle when a stranger suddenly pushed her while on the bicycle that threw her to the ground.

This victim told the officers that she had seen this man running in and out of the traffic, weaving around cars in a strange and unorthodox manner and generally being weird moments before he accosted her.

The victim gave the officers a detailed description of the suspect and the officers duly went in search of the individual.

This suspect was discovered shortly afterwards in the 400 block of Palisades Park and after the victim had positively identified the suspect, the officers arrested this homeless man and he was charged with battery.

Bail was set at $20,000.
