Santa Monica Pier Makes Top 10 Most Instagrammed Places In World In 2012:

The Santa Monica Pier is an Instagram hotspot

The Santa Monica Pier has made the top 10 list for the 2012 most Instagrammed places in the world, according to Instagram Blog.

With more than 100,000 photos taken over the past year, the most popular location was Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Southern California had five of the top 10 locations, including Disneyland, LAX, Dodger Stadium, Staples Center, and the Santa Monica Pier
