The Country Legends To Perform Eclectic Shows Saturday In Santa Monica:

Catch the Country Legends performing at not just one, but two Small Business Saturday events in Santa Monica this Saturday, Nov. 30.

One will feature the full band (Greg Cruz, Kathy Leonardo, Petr Hrodmadko, and Mitch Montrose) at Montana Avenue’s event. The Legends will be performing on the northeast corner of Euclid and Montana, next to Sushi Sho from 3-6 pm.

The diverse band will feature jazz and blues standards by popular artists such as Etta James, Peggy Lee, Billie Holiday, etc., plus memorable country classics from legendary artists such as Johnny Cash, June Carter, Hank Williams, Patsy Cline, and more.

Montana Ave will be buzzing from noon to 6 pm with many of the shops participating in the event as well as other performers.

Then the Country Legends will add some holiday spirit to it’s repertoire and perform at Upper West Restaurant at 3321 Pico Boulevard, for the Country Legends Holiday Hour from 6:30-8 pm.

This duo performance featuring Greg Cruz and Kathy Leonardo, is part of the all day and evening Pico Holiday Art Walk, also taking place on Saturday Nov. 30.

Holiday classics, plus Country, Jazz, and Blues will be performed as part of the Holiday Hour at Upper West and the art of Carol Surface will be on view For more information, visit theupperwest.com.

Several of the other Pico businesses will also feature music and events.

The art walk runs from noon through 9 pm. Be sure to stop at Blue 7 Gallery at 3129 Pico (blue7gallery.com) or Kronovet Realty at 3019 Pico (kronovetrealty.com) to pick up a flyer, which will list the hours of all the venues that will be participating.

The Pico event also celebrates Small Business Saturday and is presented by the Pico Improvement Organization and Buy Local Santa Monica. There will be lots of discounts plus live music, raffles, giveaways, refreshments, treats and more at both of these Santa Monica events.
