Children’s Hospital Los Angeles Patients Receive Tablets From Fuhu:

The Fuhu team at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. They handed out tablets to 100 patients at CHLA last week. The man in the middle is Fuhu CEO Jim Mitchell.

Children’s Hospital Los Angeles received a great act of generosity this past week – the El Segundo-based Fuhu company visited the hospital and gave out 100 nabi 2S tablets.

Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles families and staff welcomed Jim Mitchell, CEO of Fuhu, and Fuhu staff on Dec. 23.

Along with the a special delivery of the tablets, the Fuhu team gave out a wide variety of other products including the nabi Headphones, backpack, colored bumpers, and Kinabis to help personalize tablets.

Gifts will be distributed to in-patient children and their families as well as the Boone Fetter Clinic for longitudinal research participation.

For the gifting, R&L Shipping Company has also donated their services to bring these gifts to kids and families at CHLA.
