Santa Monica Public Library is envisioning the future of the organization through the process of strategic planning.
A major focus of this effort is to solicit input from the Santa Monica community in order to ensure that the Library’s newly formed plan will meet the needs of the community it serves.
As part of these efforts, during the month of May, SMPL will be surveying the public, both online and in person, to get their thoughts and vision for the future of the Santa Monica Public Library.
With the public’s participation, SMPL hope to gauge the level of satisfaction with various aspects of library services, find out how the library is being used, get feedback on the services currently provided, and identify new directions for the library.
The online version of the Santa Monica Public Library Survey can be found by going to smpl.org/survey.aspx (English version) or to smpl.org/encuesta.aspx (Spanish version).
