The end of summer is here. KCRW will conclude its Twilight Concert Series tonight with performances by Tune-Yards and Avid Dancer, tolling the knell for the season.
The indie pop night begins at 7 pm and will conclude at 10 at the Santa Monica Pier.
The 31st season of the free, all-ages concert series was as successful as ever, bringing over 10,000 music fans to the beach for 10 consecutive weeks of all-encompassing musical genres. Bands like Morris Day & the Time, Ariel Pink, Jefferson Starship, Real Estate, and ¡Cubanismo! graced the stage each night to a teeming audience of locals and tourists alike.
This will be your last chance to see what all the hype is about – Bring a blanket, friends, and some good vibes to ring in the fall season the best way Santa Monica knows how.
