Hot Flash: Vitamin IV Drops To Achieve Wellness?:

I got together with one of my gal pals/business associates over the weekend. She lives in a beautiful home in Marina del Rey and does marketing for one of the most popular hotels groups in Los Angeles. Yeah, she’s all that.

And, just when I thought I was running out of things to report about for Hot Flash Universe, she gave me three new topics! She’s so cutting edge. I love that about her.

I’ve already made an appointment for the first topic. It’s a place that does wellness infusions. They say that Vitamin IV drips (yes, IVs) are the modern day way to boost your immune system, fight stress at a cellular level, and help you live life to the fullest.

I learned that by bypassing the digestive system and delivering high doses of vitamins, minerals and nutrients intravenously, your body receives the maximum effect of these nutrients.

And, I also learned Vitamin IV drips are used to achieve optimum wellness, and treat fatigue, as well as acute and chronic conditions. Benefits include improved sleep, increased immunity, more energy, clearer thinking, muscle and surgery recovery, and weight loss.

So let’s see, can I improve my sleep? Most definitely. Should I increase my immunity? Yes – I just got over a flu from hell that lasted more than a month. Do I need to think more clearly? Uh, yeah. I am forgetting everything lately. Can I stand to lose a few pounds? Hell yes!

This particular establishment in Santa Monica has a variety of IV drips to choose from. A few that I’m going to consider are the Classic Cocktail, used to treat chronic illnesses, fatigue, muscle aches, viral infections and more. There’s also Cold Be Gone, which gives the immune system a boost with a high dose of antioxidants and immune supporters.

I’m sure I can benefit from both of them, but the one I’m going to try first is the Fat Burner. It’s described as “put your metabolism into overdrive with this signature drip, containing Vitamin B12, B-complex and MIC (I wonder, what’s MIC?). I think ita natural way to curb sugar cravings. Yes. This is the one.

They also have a few others, that don’t necessarily apply to me, but for other, are lifesavers. The Jet Set can help with (you guessed it) jet lag, The Remedy will help cure a hangover (this will come in helpful during the holiday season), the Migraine Buster, and Power Up, helping weight trainers recover quicker.
