SaMoHi Water Polo Knocks Off Normans: Vikings A Win Away From League Title

SaMoHi senior Charlie Olsen looks for an open swimmer in the Vikings' 14-11 win over Beverly Hills on Tuesday.

With 14 goals, a water polo match is usually a blowout.

But in SaMoHi’s case against Beverly Hills, they needed every one of them. The Vikings are in control of their own destiny in the Ocean League with their 14-11 win over the Normans on Tuesday.

Beverly Hills dropped to 5-3 in the league while SaMoHi is now 4-3 in league. Two of the Normans’ losses have been to SaMoHi. The Vikings can clinch the league championship with a win against El Segundo on Thursday.
