The Galley restaurant in Santa Monica has announced its 6th Annual Home Run for Kids Softball Game to benefit the non-profit organization No Limits. It will take place Sunday, Oct. 12, 2014 at the Santa Monica High School baseball field.
Players are encouraged to arrive at 10 am for warmups and game will start at 11 am at the high school, 601 Pico Boulevard. Ample parking is available.
Registration for the softball game is $150 per player, or you can sponsor a “Galley Girl” to play in your place.
Immediately following the game will be a 1934 priced luncheon for those who attended the softball game (ie. Caesar salad for 10 cents) at The Galley, which is celebrating its 80th birthday.
