Boys & Girls Clubs Of Santa Monica Partners With U.S. Bank To Advance Opportunities For Youth In Need

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Monica (BGCSM) gratefully acknowledges the generous support from US Bank to advance opportunities for more than 4,000 youth served by the Club. Together, US Bank and BGCSM are committed to addressing the needs of young people by advancing financial wellness and stability and providing access to life-changing resources that prepare young adults for success in college and the workplace.

 

Please join us Monday, August 7 at 2 pm for the unveiling of the recent renovations at the John Adams Middle School site.  As part of U.S. Bank’s Community Possible strategy, we are working to make Play possible by investing in our community.  U.S. Bank has partnered with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Monica and its John Adams Middle School (JAMS) Clubhouse to complete much needed & necessary updates to the facility, which has endured many years of daily member use since its opening in 2009.  U.S. Bank awarded $50,000 in funds AND provided volunteers to help renovate the middle school club including new flooring and fresh paint, increased technology and new spaces for exploration and learning.  U.S. Bank leadership & Advisory Board, community dignitaries, JAMS students and staff, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Monica Board will all be in attendance.  Please join us for the ribbon cutting, refreshments & reception to celebrate their new space!
