Emerging artist Skylar Stecker will perform two concerts at Santa Monica Place this Sunday, Dec. 7, one at 1 pm followed by a second show at 3 pm.
Skylar will be singing a mix of Christmas songs and original music, including her new single, “Rooftop”, which recently premiered on Radio Disney and reached number sixon their “Top Radio Disney Songs” list.
The song is the first single off of Stecker’s debut EP “Firecracker” due out on Jan. 27. The EP features seven original songs that she wrote and co-wrote.
The Wisconsin native whose YouTube channel currently has more than 10 million views and 150,000 subscribers, recently made her national daytime TV debut on “The Queen Latifah Show,” where she performed a breathtaking rendition of Cyndi Lauper’s “True Colors.” Stecker sold out her first headlining show last month at the famed venue The Roxy in Los Angeles.
The multi-faceted artist will partner with teen clothing company Dirtee Hollywood to launch a clothing line that will be available at Bloomingdale’s in February 2015.
